OUTCOME: The Design Review Board reviewed this application and had the following comment. 1. Adjourned until the next scheduled meeting, Board to make a site visit to view installed conditions. 14-75 White Plains Hospital 41 E Post Road RESUBMITTED Awning installation. OUTCOME: The Design Review Board recommends approval of this application as submitted. 14-100 HEIST 339 Mamaroneck Ave RESUBMITTED Replace front entrance doors and rear doors. OUTCOME: The Design Review Board recommends approval of this application as submitted. 14-108 Field House 166 Mamaroneck Ave RESUBMITTED Installation of a wall sign, awning and repaint existing storefront. OUTCOME: Design Review Board did not review this application. Applicant not present. 14-110 Post Realty of NY LLC 221-223 E Post Rd NEW Storefront renovations. OUTCOME: The Design Review Board approved this application with the following comments: 1. Grey stucco to match existing sample shown by owner. 2. Coat existing concrete coping with new stucco. 3. Entire building will have new stucco applied as per owner. 4. New storefront will be installed as indicated on drawing. 5. Any changes or additional concepts must be resubmitted for approval. 14-111 Galaxy Wireless 98 E. Post Rd NEW Installation of a wall sign / channel letters. OUTCOME: The Design Review Board reviewed this application and had the following comment: 1. Post Rd NEW Replace (4) existing awnings. OUTCOME: The Design Review Board reviewed this application and had the following comments: 1. Approved awnings without tag line & 2nd Post Rd awning without any text or logo. 2. Awnings to be a min of 8' (feet) from grade/sidewalk to the lowest portion of any awning with a max 12" (inch) projection as indicated on drawings. 14-113 Wal-Mart 275 Main Street NEW An application submitted on behalf of Wal-Mart, for an amendment to a previously approved Site Plan to install new signage on the building located at 275 Main St. and additional parking entrance signage. OUTCOME: The Design Review Board reviewed this application and had the following comments: 1. Main Street upper signage out of scale with building and proposed sign size increase is not recommended. 2. Internally illuminated sign is also not recommended versus Halo lit sign. 3. Hamilton Ave & Main Street lower signage acceptable. 4. Way finding / directional signage - no comment. 5. Optional white proposal acceptable. 14-114 WLFAJ Realty, LLC 19 Hall Ave NEW Site Plan application for a seven (7) unit multi-family building. OUTCOME: The Design Review Board reviewed this application and had the following comment: 1. No exterior change - no comment. 14-115 Shiki Yakitori & Sushi 187 Main Street NEW Installation of an awning. OUTCOME: The Design Review Board reviewed this application and had the following comment: 1. Approved as submitted. 2. Replace existing.
