DESIGN REVIEW BOARD MEETING CALENDAR NO OUTCOME OCT. 15TH, 2014 14-13 St. Gregory the Enlightener Church 1131 North Street RESUBMITTED An application for an amendment to an original Site Plan approval of the project commonly know as “ St. Gregory the Enlightener Church” to construct a one (1) story, approximately 7,000 Square foot addition. OUTCOME: The Design Review Board recommends the approval of the materials and design for this application as submitted. 14-32 Panda Garden 3 So Kensico Ave RESUBMITTED Installation of a wall sign. OUTCOME: The Design Review Board approved this application and had the following comment: 1. Approved as suggested with exposed conduit. 2. Conduit to be painted to match background color. 14-113 Wal- Mart 275 Main Street NEW An application submitted on behalf of Wal-Mart for an amendment to a previously approved Site Plan to install new signage on the building and additional parking entrance signage. OUTCOME: The Design Review Board approved this application and had the following comment: 1. Approved as revised with smaller upper building signage (corner of Main St & E J Conroy Dr) 2. Building to be cleaned, patched and repaired from previous signage scars to match existing. 3. All other proposed signs approved as submitted. 4. No visible wires or conduit. 5. Separate electrical permit required. 14-120 Allstate/Tenant panels 246 Central Ave NEW Replacement of existing ground sign. OUTCOME: The Design Review Board approves this application as submitted. 14-121 O’Connor’s Public House 95 Mamaroneck Ave NEW Exterior painting of building, sign band and new lights for wall sign. OUTCOME: The Design Review Board reviewed this application and had the following comment: 1. Storefront color change is approved. 2. Gooseneck approved (separate electrical permit required) 3. Signage to be revised and resubmitted for review and approval. OUTCOME: Design Review Board did not review this application, Applicant requests application be adjourned. 14-123 Salon Diva 79 Mamaroneck Ave NEW Storefront alterations. OUTCOME: The Design Review Board reviewed this application and had the following comment: 1. Applicant to submit alternate material other than paint below existing storefront. 14-124 La Bocca Ristorante 8 Church Street NEW Recover existing awnings. OUTCOME: The Design Review Board approved this application and had the following comment: 1. Two (2) awnings approved in solid Red to match existing. 2. Applicant to submit updated drawings for record.. 14-125 Bryant Gardens Co-op Apts 175-185 Bryant Ave NEW Install sign mounted to new wall/fence structure. OUTCOME: The Design Review Board approves this application as submitted with permanent and temporary signage approved. 14-126 CVS 20 Tarrytown Road NEW Installation of vinyl decals and storefront windows. OUTCOME: The Design Review Board approved Option #1 of this application. 14-127 White Plains Hospital Center 71 E Post Rd/2-4 Longview Ave NEW An amendment to a previous Site Plan and Special Permit approval of a modernization project at the hospital. OUTCOME: The Design Review Board reviewed this application and had the following comment: 1. Either curtain wall design would be acceptable to Board. 2. Exterior changes acceptable. 3. Sign package to be resubmitted when developed further for review & approval. 14-128 Urstadt Biddle Properties Inc. 60 So Broadway NEW Notice of completion of a Final Generic Environmental Impact Statement (FGEIS). OUTCOME: The Design Review Board reviewed this application and had the following comment: 1. No comment until formal Site Plan has been submitted.
