DESIGN REVIEW BOARD MEETING CALENDAR NO OUTCOME NOV. 10TH, 2014 14-50 CVS/ Pharmacy 20 Tarrytown Road RESUBMITTED Installation of 2 wall signs. OUTCOME: The Design Review Board approved this application and had the following comment: 1. “1 Hour Photo” approved as resubmitted for “bug box”. 14-122 Amcott Associates 95 Church Street RESUBMITTED Install steel framing on roof for future air conditioning equipment. OUTCOME: Design Review Board did not review this application as Applicant was not present. 14-132 Walmart/ Ivy Realty 275 Main Street NEW Removal of existing tile parapet wall and replace with stucco. OUTCOME: The Design Review Board reviewed this application and had the following comments: 1. Design and finish details needed to be developed further. 2. Concerns relate to using stucco and water migration. Also an alternative material for wall coping instead of stucco should be researched. 3. Applicant to resubmit when prepared. 14-133 The Westchester Bank 12 Water Street NEW Installation of 2 wall signs. OUTCOME: The Design Review Board reviewed this application and had the following comments: 1. Applicant to resubmit with more detailed drawings showing perspective views and raceway position. 2. Elevation drawings of east and west walls showing height and relative position of logo. 14-134 AT & T 56 Mamaroneck Ave NEW Installation of a wall sign. OUTCOME: Design Review Board did not review this application. Application has been adjourned. 14-135 Silverman 245 LLC NEW A proposed Zoning Ordinance Amendment in relation to a petition submitted on behalf of Silverman 245 LLC, to add “ Business or Professional Offices,’ “Offices for Group education, Training or counseling in Buildings Containing No Residential uses” and “ Consumer Financial Services Establishments” as New Principal Permitted Uses in the BR-1 Zoning District and amending Section 5.2 List of Use regulations District: BR-1 to reflect those additional uses. OUTCOME: The Design Review Board reviewed this application and had no comment.
