Previous approval from March 23, 2015 remains. 15-47 Dalewoods Shopping Center 381-393 Central Ave RESUBMITTED Installation of a ground sign OUTCOME: The Design Review Board approved this application as submitted with the following comments: 1. Pylon sign “2" approved as submitted with blank panels to match opaque tenant background color. 2. Bottom panel only to be (1) Brixmor at pylon 2 & 3 if necessary. 3. Each new tenant will require a sign permit and approval by Design Review Board. 15-49 State Farm 477 Central Ave RESUBMITTED Installation of awnings. OUTCOME: Design Review Board did not review this application. OUTCOME: The Design Review Board approved this application as submitted with the following comments: 1.Post Road sign approved with direct mounted (no raceway) flush mounted letters and reduced logo size (24"x45"-46") 2. Side signage same with No Illumination. 3. No visible wires, conduit or raceway. 4. All scares and projection from existing sign to be repaired to match existing facade. OUTCOME: The Design Review Board reviewed this application and had no comment. 15-68 Zoning Ordinance Amendment NEW An ordinance amending an ordinance entitled “the Zoning Ordinance of the City of White Plains” with respect to creating a new Light Industrial Mixed Use (LI-M) zoning district and re-zoning certain properties ibn the Light Industrial (LI) zoning district.
