OUTCOME: The Design Review Board approved this application as submitted with the following comment: 1. Approved with nothing on valance except “213". Green stripe not approved. 2. Painted spandrel needs to be repainted in its entirety. 3. Green film not advised, suggest illuminated shadow boxes to be explored. 4. Applicant to resubmit when prepared. 16-5 Dollar Tree 100 Mamaroneck Ave NEW Installation of a wall sign. OUTCOME: The Design Review Board reviewed this application and had the following comments: 1. Reduce size. 2. Signage to be centered on building below parapet feature. 3. Applicant to resubmit when prepared. 16-6 Dollar Tree 100 Mamaroneck Ave NEW Roof mounted HVAC equipment.
