Logo placement revisions in accordance with previous meeting. 2. OUTCOME: The Design Review Board approved this application and had the following comments: 1. All holes & scars from previous sign and awnings must be repaired before new sign is installed. 16-10 Whiskey Creek 152 Mamaroneck Ave RESUBMITTED Installation of wall sign. OUTCOME: The Design Review Board approved this application and had the following comments: 1. Awnings will be installed when owner has completed facade renovations. 2. No visible wires, conduits or raceways. 3. OUTCOME: The Design Review Board reviewed this application and had the following comments: 1. Applicant to determine “one name” and be consistent throughout and return with revised approach. 2. OUTCOME: The Design Review Board approved this application as submitted and had the following comment: 1. OUTCOME: The Design Review Board recommends the approval of this application with no changes from original submittal. 16-21 White Plains Center for Nursing 220 W Post Road NEW Installation of 49 PATC units. OUTCOME: The Design Review Board recommends the approval of this application as submitted. 16-14 Boulevard RESUBMITTED An application for Site Plan approval on behalf of the Post Maple 77 LLC, proposing the redevelopment of the property bounded by Maple Ave, West Post Rd, Rathbun Ave and the White Plains Nissan property. OUTCOME: Design Review Board did not review this application. This application has been adjourned as per the applicants Attorney. 16-15 The Esplanade 95 So Broadway & 4 Lyon Place RESUBMITTED An application for Site Plan approval on behalf of Esplanade of White Plains Venture Partnership, with respect to the re-purposing of the Esplanade, consisting of buildings currently located at 95 So Broadway & 4 Lyon Place.
