OUTCOME: Design Review Board recommends the approval of this application and had the following comment: 1. No visible wires, conduit or raceways. 17-78 YMCA 69 North Broadway RESUBMITTED Installation of a 400 kw diesel standby generator. OUTCOME: Design Review Board recommends the approval of this application and had the following comment: 1. Original generator location approved. 17-63 Avenue Social 166 B Mamaroneck Ave RESUBMITTED Installation of a wall sign. OUTCOME: Design Review Board did not review this application, it has been adjourned till the next scheduled meeting. 17-64 Stadium 166 Mamaroneck Ave RESUBMITTED Installation of a wall sign. OUTCOME: Design Review Board approved this application and had the following comment: 1. Awning without tag lines approved. 17-82 GDC White Plains 34 So Lexington Ave NEW Installation of a new entrance canopy and recover (3) existing awnings. OUTCOME: Design Review Board approved this application and had the following comments: 1. Approved as submitted with “Dimable” down lights under canopy. 2. Separate electrical permit required. 17-83 White Plains Plaza 1 No Broadway NEW An application submitted by Cuddy & Feder on behalf of WPP Owner LLC, the owner of White Plains Plaza. The applicant requests an amendment to the previous Site Plan approval to permit the installation of a new entrance canopy on North Broadway (to replace existing canopy) and new signage to identify the building and grade level tenants. New exterior lighting and stair improvements are also proposed to complement the canopy installation. OUTCOME: Design Review Board reviewed this application and made the following comments: 1. Building alterations approved as presented. 2. Applicant to clarify signage package regarding both signage options. 3. Illuminated “One” on rear of monument signs are recommended to be removed. 4.
