OUTCOME: Design Review Board recommends the approval of this application and had the following comments: 1. Linear light fixtures (“Da round fixture”) approved as submitted. 17-106 Don Coqui 107 Mamaroneck Ave RESUBMITTED Install new signs on existing awnings. OUTCOME: Design Review Board reviewed this application and made the following comment: 1. Applicant request to recover existing awning as is, no change in color, material or text. 18-04 Continuum White Plains 55 Bank Street NEW Temporary Real Estate signs. OUTCOME: Design Review Board reviewed this application and made the following comment: 1. Extension request of temporary signs approved until the end of August 2018. 18-05 DZ Strad Violin Shop 60 So Lexington Ave NEW Installation of (2) wall signs. OUTCOME: Design Review Board approved this application as submitted. 18-06 Johnson Fitness & Wellness 455 Central Ave NEW Replacement of (2) existing signs. OUTCOME: Design Review Board approved this application and made the following comments: 1. No visible wires, conduits or raceways. 2. All holes and scars from previous signs must be repaired to match existing facade. 3. Separate electrical permit required. 18-07 Sumi Tomo 1 No Lexington Ave NEW Installation of a new emergency life safety rooftop generator. OUTCOME: Design Review Board recommends the approval of this application as submitted. OUTCOME: Design Review Board recommends the approval of this application as submitted and had the following comment. 1. Railings to be powder coated. 18-09 Chester WP, LLC 6-8 Chester Ave NEW An application on behalf of Chester WP, LLC for Site Plan approval. The applicant proposes the development of a two (2) story approximately 10,000 square foot professional office building on the property known as 6-8 Chester Ave. OUTCOME: Design Review Board recommends the approval of this Site Plan application and has the following comments. 1. As per applicant’s architect, the building is still not fully developed, therefore, the Design Review Board will need to see the final designs, lighting, materials and landscaping when applicant is prepared to present the above listed items. 18-10 Alaska Permanent Fund 1 No Lexington Ave NEW Modification to entrance and lobby area of Gateway building. OUTCOME: Design Review Board reviewed this application and recommends the following comments. 1. Applicant needs to show how plaza courtyard and landscaping will be handled. 2. Board requests architect return to the next schedule meeting. 18-11 Maple & Broadway Holdings, LLC 60 So Broadway NEW A request by Maple & Broadway Holdings, LLC for a one (1) year extension of the Site Plan and Special Permit approval for their project at 60 South Broadway.
