DESIGN REVIEW BOARD MEETING CALENDAR NO OUTCOME MARCH 12 T H ,2018 18-18 Walter’s Hot Dog 186 Mamaroneck Ave NEW Installation of a wall sign. OUTCOME: Design Review Board approved this application and made the following comment: 1. Applicant needs to return with goose neck lighting for approval. 18-19 Star Diner 66 ½ East Post Rd NEW Replace neon to channel letters. OUTCOME: Design Review Board approved this application and made the following comment: 1. Star on wall sign to have center Opaque and only 1 ½” white border that illuminates. 18-20 Boost Mobile 98 East Post Rd NEW Installation of a wall sign. OUTCOME: Design Review Board approved this application and made the following comments: 1. Match height of adjacent tattoo shop. 2. Reduce over all depth as discussed with Board. • 3" depth for channel letters. • 1" space for halo lighting. • 1" depth for backer panel. 3. No visible wires, conduit or raceways. 4. Patch & repair any visible scars or holes from previous sign to match existing facade. 18-21 Pay-O-Matic 188 Martine Ave NEW Installation of a wall sign. OUTCOME: Design Review Board approved this application and made the following comments: 1. Remove Western union logo from wall sign and it may be placed on the inside of storefront as per sign ordinance requirements. 2. Center Pay-O-Matic on wall sign. 3. Patch & repair any holes or scars from existing sign to match existing facade. 4. Resubmit revised drawing for record. OUTCOME: Design Review Board reviewed this application and recommends the following comment: 1. Changes to door design. 2. Illustrate how window system will be painted. 3. Applicant to return when prepared. 18-22 Skeleton Key NY LLC 77-89 Mamaroneck Ave NEW Installation of (1) wall sign and (1) projection sign. OUTCOME: Design Review Board reviewed this application and made the following comment: 1. Wall sign to be reduced in thickness as much as possible. 2. Blade sign could possibly be hinged. 3. Applicant to return with revised drawings when prepared. 18-23 Trinity Financial, Inc/ 141 So Lexington Ave NEW White Plains Housing Authority A request for a Special Permit and Site Plan approval on behalf of the applicants, Trinity Financial, Inc., in collaboration with the White Plains Housing Authority, (the “Applicant”). The applicant requests the approval to allow for the construction of a new nine (9) story multi-family residential building that is phase II of a multi-phase redevelopment of the 9.3 acre Windbrook Housing campus. Phase II shown as 141 So Lexington Ave, will consist of 129 units of mixed-income housing with the required seventy-seven (77) parking spaces and approximately 2,075 square feet of community space and other improvements. OUTCOME: Design Review Board recommends the approval of this Site Plan application and has the following comment. 1. Proposed project is going to be a welcomed addition to the community.
