OUTCOME: Design Review Board approved this application as submitted and made the following comment: 1. Based on fixture not extending more than 18". 2. No visible wires or conduit. 18-29 Silverman Realty Group, Inc 202 Mamaroneck Ave NEW 1st floor lobby renovation including storefront. OUTCOME: Design Review Board recommends the approval of the storefront with the following comments: 1. Existing signage to be relocated. 2. Building address sign is “pin mounted” stainless steel. 3. (The “Applicant”) for an extension of the Special Permit and Site Plan Approval for their project at 100 Bloomingdale Rd also known as 1 Maple Ave. OUTCOME: Design Review Board reviewed this application and had no comment. 18-34 AT & T 56 Mamaroneck Ave NEW Installation of a wall sign.
