OUTCOME: Design Review Board reviewed this application and recommends its approval of the Site Plan and Special Permit and made the following comment. 1. Building materials and plantings approved. 18-68 WPP Owner, LLC 445 Hamilton Ave RESUBMITTED Renovations to an existing exterior plaza at the corner of No Broadway and Hamilton Ave. OUTCOME: Design Review Board did not review this application. Applicant was not present. 18-70 Moitri Datta 510 No Broadway RESUBMITTED Replace siding and window replacement. OUTCOME: Design Review Board reviewed this application and made the following comments: 1. Applicant to provide elevation of building to better illustrate proposed panel layout and resubmit when prepared. 18-71 Chase 235 Main Street NEW Recover existing awning. OUTCOME: Design Review Board reviewed this application and made the following comments: 1. Board recommends not changing awning but utilize existing blade sign instead. 2. Panel substitution colors approved on Mamaroneck Ave elevation. 2. Applicant to do test paint sample for Boards review in the rear of building. Separate electrical permit required. 18-74 Burke Rehabilitation Center 785 Mamaroneck Ave NEW An application for minor Site Plan amendment submitted by Burke Rehabilitation Center to add additional grade parking and to create a new ambulate drop off structure, as well as new paving, sidewalk landscaping and site lighting additions. OUTCOME: Design Review Board did not review this application. Board likes direction design and project is heading and welcomes seeing more detail as the design is finalized. 2.
