OUTCOME: Design Review Board reviewed this application for Site Plan & Special Permit Approval and made the following comment: 1. Board liked conceptual direction of design & materials presented but needs to see renderings(perspective) that represent the context of the project in the neighborhood, including street views that show materials & adjacent buildings.
