OUTCOME: Design Review Board reviewed this application and had the following comment. 1. The Board feels the proposed upper logo/square sunbrella feature does not compliment the existing wall sign and awning. 19-40 Health Residence 29 Midland Ave NEW Installation of a 15.635 KW solar roof mounted panel system. OUTCOME: Design Review Board approved this application as submitted and made the following comment. 1. Paint all conduit to match structure. 2. Relocate 2 panels to rear of home.
