OUTCOME: Design Review Board reviewed this application and made the following comments. 1. Board recommends approval of the design & site plan. 2. Due to the design complexity, the applicant needs to further develop the finer details and materials so they may present them when the final documents, design and renderings have been completed prior to building permit being issued.
