OUTCOME: Design Review Board reviewed this application and had the following . comments. 1. Applicant to resubmit revised drawings as discussed with the Board when prepared. 2. Tenant only sign to be one sided. 3. Visitor entrance sign to be integrated with existing 333 Westchester Ave sign. 20-44 The King Crab 250 Main Street NEW Installation of (2) wall signs. OUTCOME: Design Review Board approved this application as submitted with the following comments. 1. No visible wires, conduit or raceways. 2. Facade to be repaired, patched and cleaned to match existing where previous signs were removed.. 3. Logo signs to have Opaque background and only text and Crab to illuminate. 4. Illuminated upper (2nd fl) wall sign facing Main St. Can not face City Place residential buildings at all. 5. Separate electrical permit required. 6. All windows signs to comply with Sign Ordinance. 20-45 CVS 325 Mamaroneck Ave NEW Removal and installation of exterior wall signs. OUTCOME: Design Review Board approved this application as submitted with the following comments. 1. Facade to be repaired, patched and cleaned to match existing where previous signs were removed. 2.
