OUTCOME: Design Review Board approved this application and had the following comment. 1. Approved with driveway sign being the same size as Bagel Shop. Applicant to resubmit revised drawing for record. 20-93 Lennar Multifamily Communities 131 Mamroneck Ave (LMC) & 9 Mitchell Place RESUBMITTED An application on the behalf of LMC / Lennar Multifamily Communities, through its affiliate LM VII MMP Holdings, LP, for the proposed exterior sign package. OUTCOME: Design Review Board reviewed this application and had the following comments. 1. Applicant’s presentation doesn’t address the Boards concerns regarding sign scale. Board feels the blade signs on Mamaroneck Ave and east Post Rd (sign A) are over scaled for their location and purpose. 2.
