Reface existing sign and awning.
OUTCOME: Design Review Board approved this application as submitted with the
black (Opaque) background.
22-96 MG RMC Main, LLC 50 Main Street NEW
An application for Special Permit for outdoor dining submitted on behalf
of MG RMC Main, LLC for “Medi Bistro”.
OUTCOME: Design Review Board recommends the approval of this application with
the following comment.
1. Outdoor dining approved as submitted.
22-87 City Fresh Market 68 W Post Rd RESUBMITTED
Exterior renovations.
OUTCOME: Design Review Board approved this application as submitted with the
following comments.
1. Signs and awning to be submitted under a separate application for approval.
2. Any addition of exterior lighting will require approval.
