OUTCOME: Design Review Board reviewed this application and had the following comment: 1. Applicant must return to explain what facade remedy will take place to spandrel panels and entry columns prior to sign installation. 23-89 Melting Pot 28 Mamaroneck ave RESUBMITTED Installation of new signage on the existing canopy. OUTCOME: Design Review Board approved this application as submitted and had the following comment. 1. No visible wires, conduit or raceways. 2. Backgrounds to be Opaque. OUTCOME: Design Review Board did not review this application. The Commissioner of The Building Department requests the adjournment of this application. 23-93 Adora Row 70 Westchester Ave NEW An application submitted on behalf of 70 Westchester Avenue for a Site Plan and Special Permit extension for a project known as Adora Row. OUTCOME: Design Review Board reviewed this application and had no comment.
