OUTCOME: Design Review Board approved this application as submitted and had the following comments: 1. Light approved with the provision that if ir is a nuisance for residential neighbors it will be turned off. 2, Separate electrical permit required. 3. Location of sign approved preciously by Zoning Board of Appeals on Feb. 7th, 2024. 24-07 Maria Luisa Del Carpio 475 Central Ave NEW Color change to exterior of excising building. OUTCOME: Design Review Board approved this application and had the following comment: 1. Paint entire building black (BM jet Black 2120-10) All elevations which must include lower & upper levels. 24-08 Cannabis Realm of New York 475 Central Ave NEW Install aluminum extrusion sign over doors. OUTCOME: Design Review Board approved this non-illuminated signage application as submitted. 24-09 Gees Exotics 89 E Post Rd NEW Reface existing sign. OUTCOME: Design Review Board approved this application and had the following comment: 1. Signage to be non-illuminated. 2. Lower sign box to be removed and facade to be cleaned and repaired to match existing. 24-10 Sun River Health 360 Mamaroneck Ave NEW Installation of a wall sign. OUTCOME: Design Review Board did not review this application. The applicant requests the adjournment of this application.
