existing non-conforming with respect to one (1) side yard and rear yard setbacks. The
rear yard deck was granted a variance in 2003. The proposed addition will require the
following area variances:

of Section 8.6.1.4 of the White Plains Zoning Ordinance which limits parking in the
front yard. Specifically, it states in part that parking is prohibited in the front yard
unless it is immediately contiguous to and an extension of a garage which is integral
with the residence. The property is located in the R1-5 Zone and is legally existing
non-conforming with respect to lot frontage, front and side yard setbacks. The
proposed driveway expansion will require an area variance from the provisions of
Section 8.6.1.4.
