to be used as a summer day camp. The property is located in the R1-30 Zone where a
private secondary or elementary school is a special permit use. The approving agency
for such special permit is the Board of Appeals in accordance with Section 6.2. The
proposed amended use will require an amendment to the special permit per Section
6.6.4.
