A review of Drawing A.001 and A.002 dated June 18, 2019, prepared by Haynes Architecture P.C., indicates proposed alterations to create a seventh dwelling unit in the basement. The redesign of the lot for building tenant Kiddie Academy Education Child Care will provide a required playground and drop off area but will result in fewer parking spaces than currently exist in the lot, reducing the total number of parking spaces on site.
