A review of drawings G-001, A-100 and A-101 dated November 8, 2019, prepared by Design Development, indicates a two (2) unit, three (3) story addition to the existing two (2) story, one (1) family dwelling unit. The existing building is existing non-conforming with respect to one and combined two side yard setbacks. The property is located in the RM-1.5T Zone where the newly proposed multi-family dwelling is a principal permitted use. The subsequent deck addition has a top surface elevation greater than 3'-0" above average natural grade beneath it. The requirement for off street parking for a two-family dwelling is four (4) parking spaces. However, due to site plan limitations, only three (3) parking spaces can legally fit on the site.
