CITY OF WHITE PLAINS CAPITAL PROJECTS BOARD AGENDA Monday April 27, 2020 6:00 P.M. The City of White Plains Capital Projects Board will hold a meeting on the items listed below on Monday April 27, 2020 at 6:00 p.m., in the Mayor’s Conference Room, 255 Main Street, White Plains, NY. As authorized by the Governor’s Executive Order No. 202.1, one or more members of the Capital Projects Board may attend this meeting by conference call or similar service. Due to the public health emergency and the order to limit gatherings and the spread of COVID-19, the meeting will be closed to in-person attendance by the public. The meeting will be aired live on the White Plains Cable Access Channels (Channel 75 on Altice and Channel 47 on FIOS) streamed on the City’s website (http://whiteplainsny.swagit.com/live). AGENDA 1. Call to Order 2. Amendment to FY 19-20 Capital Improvement Program to increase the estimated cost of the project for Cemetery Road Bridge, Phase I from $100,000 to $200,000 and to expand the project description to include temporary shoring up of the bridge. 3. Amendment to FY 19-20 Capital Improvement Program to add a project for LED Light Improvements at an estimated cost of $533,800. 4. Adjournment.
