Amendment to the City of White Plains FY 22-23 Capital Improvement Program to add a project titled “Veterans Memorial Garden” in the amount of $62,000. This project will be fully funded by a grant from the Dormitory Authority of New York State. 3. Amendment to the City of White Plains FY 22-23 Capital Improvement Program to add a project titled “Battle Hill Passive Park” in the amount of $38,000. This portion of the project is for design only and will be fully funded by a grant from the Dormitory Authority of New York State. 4. Amendment to the City of White Plains FY 22-23 Capital Improvement Program to change the description and funding of a project titled “Delfino Park Improvements”. 5. Amendment to the City of White Plains FY 22-23 Capital Improvement Program to add a project titled “LED Lighting Improvements - White Plains Library”. 6.
