Communication from Commissioner of Public Safety in relation to an Inter- municipal Agreement between the City and County of Westchester regarding the assignment of certified police instructors to the County’s Police Training Facility. Ordinance of the Common Council of the City of White Plains authorizing the Mayor or his designee to enter into an Inter-municipal Agreement (“IMA”) with the County of Westchester in relation to assigning certified police instructors to the County’s Police Training Facility.
