Smayda The Special Meeting of the Common Council called for Thursday, March 21, 2013, at six o'clock in the evening in the Mayor's Conference Room, Municipal Building. Mayor Roach presiding and the following Members present: Mr. Boykin, Mr. Kirkpatrick, Mr. Krolian, Mrs. Lecuona, Mr. Martin and Mrs. Smayda. ________ The Special Meeting was called to discuss proposed amendments to the City of White Plains Fiscal Performance Goals. ________ On motion of Council President Smayda, seconded and duly carried, the Common Council adjourned the meeting. ________ Anne M.
