Smayda The Special Meeting of the Common Council called for Monday, April 29, 2013, at five thirty o'clock in the evening in the Mayor's Conference Room, Municipal Building. Mayor Roach presiding and the following Members present: Mr. Boykin, Mr. Kirkpatrick, Mr. Krolian, Mr. Martin, Mrs. Lecuona, and Mrs. Smayda. ________ The Special Meeting was called to discuss the Proposed Tax Budget of the City of White Plains Fiscal Year 2013-2014 - Expenditures of Information Services, Parking Department and Public Safety. ________ On motion of Council President Smayda, seconded and duly carried, the Common Council adjourned the meeting. ________ Anne M.
