Smayda The Special Meeting of the Common Council called for Monday, July 29, 2013, at six o'clock in the evening in the Mayor's Conference Room, Municipal Building. Mayor Roach presiding and the following Members present: Mr. Boykin, Mr Krolian, Mrs. Lecuona, and Mrs. Smayda.
