the City and PoliceReports.US, LLC, to provide online services for motor vehicle
accident reports.

Mayor or his designee to execute a three (3) year agreement on behalf of the
City of White Plains with PoliceReports.US, LLC, to allow the City’s
Department of Public Safety to provide motor vehicle accident reports online
to those who request same.
78. Communication from Commissioner of Finance in relation to Fiscal Year End June
30, 2014 amendments to the General Fund, Water Fund and Self Insurance Fund
Accounts.
79. Ordinance amending the General Fund, Water Fund and Self Insurance
Fund Budgets for Fiscal Year Ended June 30, 2014, increasing General Fund
estimated revenues and General Fund contribution to the Debt Service Fund,
transferring available appropriations from the General Fund Reserve for
Financing Account to the contributions to the Self Insurance Fund Account,
and increasing Self Insurance Fund estimated revenues and appropriations.
80. Communication from the Mayor in relation to the extension of compensatory
benefits to City officers and employees who are members of the Armed Forces
Reserves.

compensatory benefits for up to six months to City officers and employees

active military duty pursuant to Executive Order 13223 signed by the

September 11, 2001.”
82. Communication from Commissioner of Parking in relation to the renewal of a
contract with Complus Data Innovations, Inc., to provide parking ticket processing
services.
83. Ordinance of the Common Council of the City of White Plains authorizing the
Mayor or his designee to enter into a one year contract extension with
Complus Data Innovations, Inc. (“CDI”) to provide full service parking ticket
processing services and to amend the current contract with CDI to reduce the
City’s rate per parking ticket from $3.50 to $2.35 effective September 2,
2014.
84. Communication from Commissioner of Parking in relation to a one year lease
agreement between the City and Ken-Min Partners to operate the Minerva Kensico
Parking Lot.
85. Ordinance of the Common Council of the City of White Plains authorizing the
Mayor, or his designee, to enter into a one year lease agreement for the
lease of the Minerva Kensico Parking Lot.
86. Communication from Director, Youth Bureau, in relation to an amendment to
previously adopted ordinances to reflect increased funding in the amount of $3,000
to bring total funding to $184,299, to continue the Project Hope Program through the
New York State Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuses Services (OASAS).
87. Ordinance amending an ordinance adopted on January 14, 2014, and
amended on April 7, 2014 and June 11, 2014, entitled, “An Ordinance of the
Common Council of the City of White Plains authorizing the Mayor to enter
into a contract with the County of Westchester (Department of Community
Mental Health), in order to receive $181,299 in funding to continue the Project
Hope Program through the New York State Office of Alcoholism and
Substance Abuse Services (OASAS) providing alcohol and substance
prevention services to the City of White Plains.”

amendments to the Traffic Ordinance at various locations around the City.
89. Ordinance amending the Traffic Ordinance of the City of White Plains in
relation to modifying a “Fifteen Minute Meter Parking” on the south side of
Main Street; modifying a “Two Hour Meter Parking” Zone on the east side of
Waller Avenue; deleting a “No Parking 8AM - 9PM” on the east side of Waller
Avenue; and adding a “Speed of Motor Vehicles” of twenty miles per hour on
Hartsdale Avenue, alongside the Highlands Middle School.
