Smayda The Special Meeting of the Common Council called for Monday, February 23, 2015 at six thirty o'clock in the evening in the Common Council Chamber, Municipal Building. Mayor Roach presiding and the following Members present: Mrs. Hunt-Robinson, Mr. Kirkpatrick, Mr. Krolian, Mrs. Lecuona, Mr. Martin, and Mrs. Smayda. ________ The Special Meeting was called to discuss: the petition of Saber White Plains LLC and Chauncey White Plains LLC, to amend the Zoning Ordinance of the City of White Plains in relation to the Westchester Avenue Urban Renewal Project - WPUR-14; a proposed amendment to the Zoning Ordinance of the City of White Plains with respect to the definition of Cabaret, and a proposed amendment to the White Plains Municipal Code by amending Article 1 of Chapter 4-4 in its entirety and amending Section 4-4-30 fo Article II of Chapter 4-4; a proposed amendment to the Zoning Ordinance of the City of White Plains with respect to creating a new Light Industrial Mixed Use (LI-M) Zoning District and re-zoning certain other parcels. ________ On motion of Council President Martin, seconded and duly carried, the Common Council adjourned the meeting. ________ Anne M.
