Smayda The Special Meeting of the Common Council called for Wednesday, April 15, 2015 at five thirty o'clock in the evening in the Common Council Chamber, Municipal Building. Mayor Roach presiding and the following Members present: Mrs. Hunt-Robinson, Mr. Kirkpatrick, Mrs. Lecuona, Mr. Martin, and Mrs. Smayda. Absent: Mr. Krolian. ________ The Special Meeting was called to provide an overview of Proposed 2015-2016 Tax Budget of the City of White Plains. Additionally, it was a Joint Meeting with Budget and Management Advisory Committee. ________ On motion of Council President Martin, seconded and duly carried, the Common Council adjourned the meeting. ________ Anne M.
