Smayda The Special Meeting of the Common Council called for Wednesday, April 22, 2015 at five thirty o'clock in the evening in the Common Council Chamber, Municipal Building. Mayor Roach presiding and the following Members present: Mrs. Hunt-Robinson, Mr. Kirkpatrick, Mr. Martin and Mrs. Smayda. Absent: Mr. Krolian and Mrs. Lecuona. ________ The Special Meeting was called to provide an overview of Proposed 2015-2016 Tax Budget of the City of White Plains, in relation to the Department of Recreation and Parks, the White Plains Public Library and the Youth Bureau. ________ On motion of Council President Martin, seconded and duly carried, the Common Council adjourned the meeting. ________ Anne M.
