Smayda The Special Meeting of the Common Council called for Wednesday, May 27, 2015 at nine thirty o'clock in the evening in the Common Council Chamber, Municipal Building. Mayor Roach presiding and the following Members present: Mrs. Hunt-Robinson, Mr. Kirkpatrick, Mr. Krolian, Mrs. Lecuona, Mr. Martin, Mrs. Smayda. ________ The Special Meeting was called to consider a resolution removing Joseph J. Nicoletti, Jr. from the Office of Commissioner of Public Works of the City of White Plains pursuant to Section 20 of the Charter of the City of White Plains. ________ Mr. Martin offered the following resolution and moved its adoption. RESOLUTION OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WHITE PLAINS REMOVING JOSEPH J. NICOLETTI, JR. FROM THE OFFICE OF COMMISSIONER OF PUBLIC WORKS OF THE CITY OF WHITE PLAINS PURSUANT TO SECTION 20 OF THE CHARTER OF THE CITY OF WHITE PLAINS. BE IT RESOLVED that pursuant to Section 20 of the Charter of the City of White Plains, the Common Council hereby removes Joseph J. Nicoletti, Jr. from the office of Commissioner of Public Works, effective immediately. Mrs. Smayda seconded the motion. Council hereby removes Joseph J. Nicoletti, Jr. from the office of Commissioner of Public Works, effective immediately. Mrs. Smayda seconded the motion. Carried 5 - 0. Nays: Mr. Krolian and Mrs. Lecuona. ________ On motion of Council President Martin, seconded and duly carried, the Common Council adjourned the meeting. ________ Anne M. McPherson, CMC City Clerk
