Smayda The Special Meeting of the Common Council called for Monday, July 27, 2015 at six o'clock in the evening in the Common Council Chamber, Municipal Building. Mayor Roach presiding and the following Members present: Mrs. Hunt-Robinson, Mrs. Lecuona, Mr. Martin, Mrs. Smayda. Absent: Mr. Kirkpatrick and Mr. Krolian ________ The Mayor called this Special Meeting in relation to discussion and presentation of an application submitted on behalf of Maple and Broadway Holdings LLC, Site Plan and Special Permit for proposed development at 60 South Broadway; to discuss: a proposed amendment to the Zoning Ordinance creating a Light Industrial Mixed Use (LI-M) District and re-zoning certain properties in the Light Industrial (L-I) Zoning District; Capital Projects: Miscellaneous Street Reconstruction FY 2016 and Renovations to Fire Facilities FY 2015- 2016 ________ On motion of Council President Martin, seconded and duly carried, the Common Council adjourned the meeting. ________ Anne M.
