Smayda The Special Meeting of the Common Council called for Monday, February 29, 2016 at six o'clock in the evening in the Common Council Chamber, Municipal Building. Mayor Roach presiding and the following Members present: Mrs. Hunt-Robinson, Mrs. Lecuona, Mr. Kirkpatrick, and Mr. Krolian. Absent: Mr. Martin and Ms. Smayda ________ The Mayor called this Special Meeting to discuss: Capital Projects: City Hall Rehabilitation front and rear steps and Replace/Reconstruct Various Water Lines FY 16; Kite Realty Group - White Plains City Center for an amendment to a previously approved site plan for improvements to the site; and the recommendation of the Historic Preservation Commission that the structure at 283 Soundview Avenue be designated as a local landmark; and to entertain a motion to enter into executive session to discuss litigation in the matter of Jade Fletchman vs. The City of White Plains and Jeff Combs vs. The City of White Plains. ________ Mr. Kirkpatrick made a motion to enter into executive session for the purpose of discussing the settlement of litigation in the matter of Jade Fletchman vs. The City of White Plains and Jeff Combs vs. The City of White Plains. Mrs. Lecuona seconded the motion. Carried. Mr. Kirkpatrick moved to resume the Special Meeting. Mrs. Lecuona seconded the motion. Carried. Mr. Kirkpatrick moved to resume the Special Meeting.
