Smayda The Special Meeting of the Common Council called for Monday, March 28, 2016 at six o'clock in the evening in the Common Council Chamber, Municipal Building. Mayor Roach presiding and the following Members present: Mrs. Hunt-Robinson, Mrs. Lecuona, Mr. Kirkpatrick, Mr. Krolian, Mr. Martin and Mrs. Smayda ________ The Mayor called this Special Meeting to discuss: Capital Projects in relation to Renaissance Fountain LED Light Replacement and City Hall Rehabilitation Electrical Design and System; Taxicab Legislation; and Nursery Legislation. ________ On motion of Council President Kirkpatrick, seconded and duly carried, the Common Council adjourned the meeting. ________ Anne M.
