Smayda The Special Meeting of the Common Council called for Tuessday, April 26, 2016 at six o'clock in the evening in the Mayor's Conference Room, Municipal Building. Mayor Roach presiding and the following Members present: Ms. Hunt-Robinson, Mr. Krolian, and Mrs. Smayda. Absent: Mr. Kirkpatrick, Mrs. Lecuona and Mr. Martin. ________ The Mayor called this Special Meeting to discuss Capital Projects: Library Plaza Surface Replacement and Miscellaneous Storm Water Drain Reconstruction, and to discuss the proposed 2016 - 2017 Tax Budget in relation to the following Departments: White Plains Public Library; Department of Recreation and Parks; Youth Bureau; and Department of Building. ________ On motion of Council President Kirkpatrick, seconded and duly carried, the Common Council adjourned the meeting. ________ Anne M.
