Smayda A Special Meeting of the Common Council held Tuesday, November 1, 2016, called for six o'clock in the evening in the Mayor's Conference Room. Mayor Roach presiding and the following members present: Mrs. Hunt Robinson, Mr. Kirkpatrick, Mr. Krolian, Mrs. Lecuona, Mr. Martin and Mrs. Smayda. This Special Meeting was called to discuss: Capital Projects: Renaissance Fountain Improvements; Indoor Firearms Range; Renovations to Fire Facilities FY 2016-17; and the French American School of New York, (FASNY), Special Permit and Site Plan. 1682 COMMON COUNCIL MINUTES November 1, 2016 On motion of Councilman Kirkpatrick, seconded and duly carried, the Common Council adjourned the meeting.
