Smayda A Special Meeting of the Common Council held Monday, November 28, 2016, called for six o'clock in the evening in the Mayor's Conference Room. Mayor Roach presiding and the following members present: Mrs. Hunt Robinson, Mr. Kirkpatrick, Mr. Krolian, Mrs. Lecuona, Mr. Martin and Mrs. Smayda. This Special Meeting was called to discuss: New York Power Authority Energy Services Implementation Program; a presentation by W. P. Mall Realty, LLC on a proposed Zoning Ordinance Amendment at 200 Hamilton Avenue; and Sunrise Solar Solutions proposal for Gedney Yard. 2108 COMMON COUNCIL MINUTES November 28, 2016 On motion of Councilman Kirkpatrick, seconded and duly carried, the Common Council adjourned the meeting.
