Smayda A Special Meeting of the Common Council held Tuesday, April 18, 2017, called for six o'clock in the evening in the Municipal Building, 255 Main Street, White Plains, NY, Mayor Roach presiding and the following members present: Mrs. Hunt Robinson, Mr. Kirkpatrick, Mrs. Lecuona, Mr. Martin and Mrs. Smayda. Absent: Mr. Krolian. This Special Meeting was for the purpose of discussing the Proposed 2017 - 2018 Tax Budget of the City of White Plains, and the budgets of the Information Technology, Building Department, Office of the City Clerk, Finance and Budget Departments, Office of the Assessor, Parking Department, Planning Depart- ment, Public Safety Department, Public Works Department, Purchasing Depart- ment and Law Department.
