Smayda A Special Meeting of the Common Council held Monday, August 28, 2017 called for six o'clock in the evening in the Mayor's Conference Room. Mayor Roach presiding and the following members present: Mrs. Hunt Robinson, Mr. Krolian, Mrs. Lecuona, and Mrs. Smayda. Absent: Mr. Kirkpatrick. Absent: Mr. Martin. This Special Meeting was for the purpose of discussing a Capital Projects in relation to the Parking Department Network Migration.
