Smayda A Special Meeting of the Common Council held Monday, January 29, 2017 called for six o'clock in the evening in the Mayor's Conference Room, Mayor Roach presiding and the following members present: Mr. Brasch, Mrs. Hunt Robinson, Mr. Kirkpatrick, Mr. Krolian, Mrs. Lecuona, Mr. Martin. This Special Meeting was for the purpose of discussing: Capital Projects: Off Street Meters; City Hall Steam Pipe; Parking Garage Public Safety; a proposed development at 6 - 8 Chester Avenue; Red Light Cameras.
