Smayda A Special Meeting of the Common Council held Monday, June 25, 2018 called for six thirty o'clock in the evening in the Mayor's Conference Room, Mayor Roach presiding and the following members present: Mr. Brasch, Mrs. Hunt Robinson, Mr. Kirkpatrick, Mrs. Lecuona. Absent: Mr. Krolian, absent Mr. Martin participating by phone. This Special Meeting was for the purpose of considering a first reading of below listed ordinances, so that they might appear for a second reading and adoption on July 2, 2018, due to the absence of a Council Member. Mr. Kirkpatrick Martin made a motion to table communications enumerated as 1, 3, 5, 7, 10, 12, 16, 17, 21, 22, 25, 26, 28, 30, 32, 34, 36, 38, 40, 42, 44, 46, 48, and environmental findings resolutions enumerated as 18 and 23. Mr. Kirkpatrick seconded the motion. Carried. 1226 COMMON COUNCIL MINUTES June 25, 2018 Mr. Martin made a motion to offer only the following titled ordinances: "Ordinance authorizing the settlement of certain tax review proceedings." "Ordinance authorizing the Mayor to renew the annual contract with Thomas H. Slater Center, Inc., for the operation of the Thomas H. Slater Center". "Ordinance authorizing the Corporation Counsel to retain Labor Counsel from July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2019." "Ordinance of the Common Council of the City of White Plains to amend the Capital Projects Fund by establishing Capital Project No. C5519, entitled Off-Street Multi-Space Meter Replacement Phase II". "Ordinance amending the Traffic Ordinance of the City of White Plains in relation to modifying a "One Hour Parking" Zone on both sides of Livingston Avenue and modifying a "Two Hour Parking Monday through Friday" Zone on both sides of Livingston Avenue the west side of Lafayette Street".
