1. Communication from Corporation Counsel in relation to the settlement of certain tax
review proceedings.
2. Ordinance authorizing the settlement of certain tax review proceedings.
3. Communication from Corporation Counsel in relation to amending a portion of a
previously approved ordinance with relation to One Franklin Owners Corporation.
4. Ordinance amending a portion of an ordinance authorizing the settlement of
certain tax review proceedings enacted on July 2, 2018, with respect to One
Franklin Owners Corporation.
5. Communication from Corporation Counsel in relation to the retention of the law firm
Andrew Roffe Group, P.C., as Special Counsel for the period November 15, 2018
though November 14, 2019.
6. Ordinance authorizing the Corporation Counsel to enter into an agreement
retaining the services of the law firm of Andrew Roffe Group, P.C., as Special
Counsel for the period November 15, 2018 through November 14, 2019.

No. C5527, entitled Public Safety Building Cooling Tower Replacement.

10. Ordinance of the Common Council of the City of White Plains to amend the
Capital Projects Fund by establishing Capital Project No. C5527, entitled, Public
Safety Building Cooling Tower Replacement.
11. Bond Ordinance dated November 5, 2018, authorizing the issuance of $76,000
aggregate principal amount serial bonds of the City of White Plains, County of
Westchester, State of New York, to finance the acquisition and installation of an
air conditioning system for the Public Safety Building, in and for said City.
12. Communication from Deputy Commissioner of Public Safety in relation to an
amendment to the Municipal Code Title VIII Traffic and Street Regulations Section 9-3
Bicycles, and amending Section 8-3-13 Penalty to increase the fine amount for
violations.
13. Ordinance amending Section 8-3-13 of the White Plains Municipal Code to
increase the fine amount for violations of Chapter 8 of the White Plains Municipal
Code.
14. Communication from Commissioner of Finance in relation to the proposed sale of City-
owned property at 8 Rutherford Avenue.
15. Ordinance authorizing the sale of property identified as Section 130.28, Block 1,
Lot 1..2 located at 8 Rutherford St. Unit 1B.
16. Communication from Commissioner of Finance in relation to the proposed sale of City-
owned property at 146 Orawaupum Street.
17. Ordinance authorizing the sale of property identified as Section 130.26, Block 4,
Lot 3, located at 146 Orawaupum Street, White Plains.
18. Communication from Commissioner of Recreation and Parks in relation to a contract
with Westchester Merchant Services, Inc., for the placement of a 24 hour ATM machine
at Ebersole Ice Rink.
19. Ordinance authorizing the Mayor, or his designee, to execute an agreement on
behalf of the City of White Plains with Westchester Merchant Services, Inc. of
White Plains for the placement of an 24 hour ATM machine at the Ebersole Ice
Rink.
20. Communication from Director, Youth Bureau, in relation to additional funding in the
amount of $7,775, for Workforce Investment and Opportunity Act Youth Employment
Services.
21. Ordinance of the Common Council of the City of White Plains authorizing the
Mayor, or his designee, to amend the contract with the County of Westchester,
acting on behalf of the Westchester Putnam Investment Board through the
Workforce Development Academy for Youth, to receive an additional $7,775 in
funding for Workforce Investment and Opportunity Act Youth Employment
Services to in school and out of school youth, 14 to 24 years of age for the
period beginning July 1, 2018 and ending June 30, 2019.
22. Communication from the Mayor in relation to extending coverage for the salary
differential and benefits for employees serving active military duty.
23. Ordinance amending an ordinance entitled, “An ordinance granting
compensatory benefits for up to six months to City officers and employees who
are members of the armed forces reserves and who are ordered to active military
duty pursuant to Executive Order 13223, signed by the President of the United
States on September 14, 2001, or other duty compelled by federal or state law
related to the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001.”
24. Communication from Commissioner of Parking in relation to a contract with Integrated
Technical Systems, Inc., for hardware and software warranties on 98 of the multi-space
parking meters.
25. Ordinance of the Common Council of the City of White Plains authorizing the
Mayor, or his designee, to enter into a renewal agreement with Integrated
Technical Systems, Inc., on behalf of the City of White Plains pertaining to
hardware and software warranties on 98 of the multi-space parking meters in use
throughout the City’s Municipal Parking System.
26. Communication from Chairman, Transportation Commission, in relation to amending
the Traffic Ordinance with regard to Cleveland Street.
27. Ordinance amending the Traffic Ordinance of the City of White Plains in relation
to creating “No Parking 10:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. Monday through Friday” Zone
on Cleveland Street.
