license agreement for Westchester Community College to use certain space at

to modify the term of a license agreement with the County of
Westchester acting by and through Westchester Community College for
use of certain space at the White Plains Education and Training Center.

9. Communication from Corporation Counsel in relation to continued participation
in a consortium and to retain outside counsel for a challenge relating to water
rates and charges by New York City. F/S
10. Ordinance approving the City of White Plains’ continued participation in
a consortium of municipal corporations and other entities challenging
the water rates set by the New York City Water Board and authorizing
the Corporation Counsel to enter into an amended agreement to
continue to retain the services of the law firm of Dichter Law LLC to
assist the City of White Plains in such matters. ADOPTED 6 - 0.

benefits for City officers and employees who are members of the armed forces

employees who are members of the armed forces reserves and who are
ordered to active military duty pursuant to Executive Order 13223

attacks of September 11, 2001" to extend the ordinance for another
