COMMON COUNCIL AGENDA SPECIAL MEETING NOVEMBER 23, 2020 4:30 PM As authorized by the Governor’s Executive Order No. 202.1, one or more members of the Common Council may attend this meeting by conference call or similar service. Due to the public health emergency and the order to limit gatherings and the spread of COVID-19, the meeting will be closed to in-person attendance by the public. FIRST READING PUBLIC HEARING: 1. An ordinance extending the sidewalk cafe season by amending an ordinance of the City of White Plains that temporarily amended the White Plains Municipal Code Sections 7- 9-3 and 7-9-4, Sidewalk Café License, Site Plan Provisions and Standards.
