As authorized by the Governor’s Executive Order No. 202.1 as extended, one or more members of the
Common Council may attend this meeting by conference call or similar service. Due to the public health
emergency and the order to limit gatherings and the spread of COVID-19, the meeting will be closed to in-

Grant in the amount of $192,841 to support the Youth Bureau’s Project Hope Program.

Mayor to receive $192,841 in funding through the New York State Office of
Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services (OASAS) providing alcohol and
