ANNEMcPHERSON COUNCIL MEMBERS: JustinBrasch John M.Martin NadineHunt-Robinson VictoriaPresser JohnKirkpatrick JenniferPuja A Special Meeting of the Common Council held Monday, January 25, 2021 called for six o'clock in the Common Council Chamber Mayor Roach presiding and the following members present: Mrs. Hunt-Robinson, Mr. Brasch, Mr. Kirkpatrick, Mr. Martin, Ms. Presser, Mrs. Puja and the Mayor. As authorized by the Governor's Executive Order No. 202.1 as extended, one or more members of the Common Council may attend this meeting by conference call or similar service. Due to the public health emergency and the order to limit gatherings and the spread of COVID-19, the meeting will be closed to in-person attendance by the public. The meeting will be aired live on the White Plains Cable Access Channels (Channel 75 on Altice and Channel 47 on FIOS) streamed on the City's website(http://whiteplainsny.swagit.com/live). This Special Meeting of the Common Council was called to discuss: a Site Plain Extension for the Boulevard at West Post Road and Maple Avenue; Signage for LMC/Lennar at 131 Mamaroneck Avenue; the Recreation and Parks Schedule of User Fees for 2021; and the entertainment of a motion to enterinto 88 COMMONCOUNCILMINUTES January 25,2021 an Executive Session to discuss a proposed settlement of Save the Sound and Atlantic Clams Farms of Connecticut Inc., v. The County of Westchester et al, (various Westchester municipalities including the City of White Plains). Council President Hunt-Robinson moved to enter into Executive Session for the purpose of discussing a proposed amendment to the settlement of Save the Sound and Atlantic Clams Farms of Connecticut, Inc. v. The County of Westchester et al, (various Westchester municipalities including the City of White Plains). Mr. Martin seconded the motion. Carried. Council President Hunt-Robinson moved to resume the Special Meeting. Mr. Martin seconded the motion. Carried.
