Mr. Martin and Mrs. Hunt-Robinson were absent. This Special Meeting of the Common Council was called for the purpose of hearing a presentation of a proposed site plan amendment and extension for a project at 200 Hamilton Avenue, Hamilton Green. The Mayor gave the pleasure of the floor to Mark Weingarten, of Delbello Donnellan Weingarten Wise & Wiederkehr, LLP. A discussion of the correspondence from Steven Berkowitz of ACA Financial Guaranty Corporation and Robert McGuinness of LC White Plains, LLC, dated March 12, 2021 regarding the White Plains City Center Garage followed. 1590 COMMONCOUNCILMINUTES September 27,2021 On motion of Council President, seconded and duly carried, the Common Council adjourned the meeting.
